FAQQ: What is your warranty period?
A: It’s 1 year or 1000 running hours whichever comes first. But based on some special project, we can extend our warranty period.
Q: Does your generator have global warranty?
A: Yes, all of our products like Cummins, Perkins, Doosan power generator enjoy the global warranty service. And the alternators we use like Leroysomer, Stamford, marathon also enjoy the global warranty service, so you do not need to worry about the aftersales service.
Q: What's your standard package for the generator set?
A: We use plastic film and PE foam to wrap the open and silent type genset, and It's also available to be packed by wooden case or plywood with extra cost with fumigation charge included.
Q: What’s your payment term?
A: We do prefer to pay by T/T 30% in advance, 70% balance before shipment against the copy of B/L or 100% L/C at sight.
Q: What’s your delivery time?
It’s is one month normally, while it's up to the production schedule when the order is confirmed down and we will check the exact delivery schedule when the deposit is done, and sometimes there are some stock for the engine and alternator, the delivery will be earlier, and it's different schedule for the open and silent type genset.
