2.where do you send the genset?
At present we have two factories, one in Shanghai and another is in Nanjing, we will arrange the delivery according to production schedule.

our warranty period is two years or 2000 running hours, any problem during this time, you can contact us. we will offer after sale service.
4.what is your payment term?
we prefer 30% deposit in advance, 70% before delivery. L/C is also acceptable.
