A: All goods from JLT-Power are warranted in accordance with our warranty terms for a period of 12 months from date of despatch or 1000 running hours from date of commissioning whichever date occurs the sooner. During the warranty period, JLT-Power will provide the free easy-damageable spare parts of alternator caused by our quality of production or raw material. After expiration, JLT-Power provides cost spare parts maintenance of engine & alternator.
3) Q: What's your payment terms?
A: T/T and L/C.
4) Q: What's your lead time?
A: 25-35 days after receiving T/T advance payment or L/C.But we will finish order with the shortest time if you need goods urgently.
